Hesperia (heh-SPARE-ee-uh) reminds me of the city in southern California. It's not very scenic, but it's a really pretty name. I still prefer Hesper.
Horatia (ho-RAY-shee-uh) seems bombastic and grandiose, like Horatio.
Hazalia (huh-ZAY-lee-uh) feels messy to me, like an unnecessary elaborate version of Hazel or Azalea.
