[Facts] Re: Rare name proof
I submitted the name Chantilly, which I found in the US Beyond (https://www.behindthename.com/top/beyond?name=chantilly&gender=&type=sample), but Frollein Gladys deleted it.I've actually typed many names (and words) in the US Beyond to see whether or not they had any usage. I've found quite a few surprises. For example, in 2012 five boys were given the name Naruto.

For the past eight or nine years we've been trying to provide sources for every submission. I must have missed the name in the US Beyond stats, my bad.
However, the burden of proof is generally on the submitter. So please provide sources for your submissions, especially for rare names.

Maybe you should put this name and US beyond results in notes, and actually I think it come from the place name, and try to put all websites that have this name(including forebears) in notes, and submit lot of times. I think there’s no reason this name doesn’t exist.

Submitting a name "lot of times" is akin to trolling. And yes, for rare names you are supposed to provide sources; however, they should be reliable ones, not just generic baby name websites. Please re-read the guidelines for submitting names.
