This doesn’t seem Chinese to me. It seems very urban and modern, perhaps invented. Even if it isn’t, it seems to have the invented name vibe.

In my accent, it sounds like the black rubber things we put on wheels, or a synonym for 'exhaust' - not on a vehicle this time.
