Personally, I think of a tough, warrior type of girl. Like ‘Lara Croft’. But, that’s because of it’s meaning... raider. It makes me think of Tomb Raider.

Lol, that's not what I was expecting.My image for the meaning is viking raids and not the glamorous version of vikings...I wonder if people who like Sloan would also like Valkyrie. I bet they wouldn't like Brunhilda.

I might not be explaining this right. Yes, Lara Croft is sexy, but the name Sloane isn’t. I like the name, but it kinda sounds like slug or sloth.

Yeah, I think of slugs too.
Do you like it because it sounds like slug or sloth? Would you like it if it didn't remind you of Lara Croft? Or is the contrast what appeals?
