Lyla, I don't like Lily for some reason.

Both are nice, but I prefer the sound and vibe of Lily. I love the flower connection too.

Lyla by a mile! Lily is over the top frilly and sweet, Lyla has some spunk. Although I do prefer the spelling Lilah.

I have nieces with both names and don’t dislike either name. I have a slight preference for the name Lyla though.

Lyla is a really pretty name, spelled like this. Lily is also pretty, but it's notably common. I'd be more opted to use Lela "Lee-luh" or Lula "Loo-luh" to either name, but I'd choose Lyla between them.
