Tristan is one of my absolute favorite names for a boy. If I could make a combination, I’d make Tristan Malakai. Out of your options, Tristan Micah flows the nicest…though, I love both of those other names.

Tristan is my personal favorite, but Edmund is very close. Lionel is also still very good.
