I prefer Cliona and personally if it was my name I would think sharing a name with a genus of sponges would be cool, it's obscure enough to be a fun double meaning as opposed to seeming like you named her a word.

Personally I would have pronounced this Clee-OH-na if I'd seen it in real life, though I would have no issues with CLEE-uh-nah once corrected
