[Opinions] Everette & Susannah Cecilia
I just found out one of my family members had the middle name Everette (that specific spelling) and I hadn't realized it before. What do you think of that? I've been liking Emmett more and more lately but Everett / Everette hasn't particularly been on the table for me as it doesn't roll off the tongue as easily. Also: in a previous post I had recently realized that my mother's name, Susannah Cecilia, basically means "the blind lily" and I never particularly made that connection before. But I think it's pretty sad/poetic since she struggles with severe mental illness and is very traditionally feminine. It seems kind of dickensian in a way. Beautifully tragic, tragically beautiful. Like a character setup almost. WDYT? A lot of S sounds. If you add her confirmation name Theresa too it could mean something like "the harvesting of the blind Lily" which sounds like the title of a novel. Please rate my "Names I would Use" list & "Backup Favorites" list. Feel free to rate some of my other lists too if you have the time.

Everette sounds like a combination of trendy sounds but I'm here for that. It sounds cool and has great nickname potential, plus real history. I prefer Everett / Everette to Emmett because Emmett reminds me of Kermit for some reason and I think frogs. So I would totally consider Everette for the middle name / second middle name spot.Susannah Cecilia is pretty. Usually I don't like those names separately, but they flow beautifully together. The many 's' sounds don't bother me. I agree with you about the meaning - very dickensian. I love that Susannah means lily.
