I really like it. I don't think most kids these days will have any associations with the name

I like it as guilty pleasure or a fictional character name because it reminds me of the Ramones, but I wouldn't use it irl. Although I did use to joke that my dad should've named my sister and I Ramona and Ivy after his favorite bands, The Ramones and Operation Ivy.

I’ve recently started liking this name a lot.

I quite like Ramona and the books were interesting too. I probably would use it, but I can appreciate the lovely sound. Romantic, sultry, and nice.

I vacillate between liking it and thinking it's too old. Same with Regina. The association to the character does help it feel younger though.

It's a fun name, precisely because of the Ramona Quimby books. Unfortunately, that's about the only association most people will have with the name, so I wouldn't actually want to use or have it.
