Amos' second wife Nova Northwood dies of bronchitis at 64. Tragically, his daughter Ione also dies in a travel accident at 30, before she and D'Arcy are able to wed. Verona and Maiandra Prophett-Greywulf decide to open up their relationship, and both take on additional partners. Verona's partner is Thankarat Kareemy, and Maiandra's is Mehitabel Stonecliff. Together, Verona and Thankarat have had three children: Rabia and Mehmet, who are twins, and Babak. Maiandra and Mehitabel have had two sons, Azariah and Zebulun, and Verona and Maiandra have adopted a daughter named Natacha Prophett-Greywulf. Audric and Jai adopt an 11 year old girl named Asha Rebell-Northwood. Santana Northwood starts dating Aydan Greatway. Together, they have three sons: Ivo, Ximon, and Peder. In her new career as a singer, Esmara Northwood falls in love with her touring drummer Judita Lakhari, and they begin dating. Baby Martyn Northwood arrives healthy, and Claude and Bryda get married. They welcome two more children, daughters named Helent and Delyth. On Ezra's side, Elias and Alvah are still togther, but Elias has been hooking up with Akshay Markwell behind Alvah's back. But it hasn't all been drama, as Lira and Imogene married in the spring a year after their engagement. This year, Lira and Imogene welcomed a baby girl, Heloise Aeress Northwood, who will continue the Northwood line and grow up to be the next Towerkeeper.
