Lucia is pretty. You could always pick a Luc- name that is pronounced Luke while still having Lucy as the nickname, such as Lucrezia, Lucasta. Luciana is pretty as well. Lucifer/Lucifera if you want a fun ice breaker.

I prefer Lucia. I also like Luca on a girl.

Lucille is nice. Lucy is also fine on its own. I suppose Lucia or Luciana. Normally, I'm a fan of long names with nicknames, but in this case I think I would just use Lucy.

I love the name Lucinda. Since you don’t like it, I suggest Lucille. There’s also Lucilla, which is a very pretty name. Lucianna or Luciana is another gorgeous option to choose.
