Octavia is my all time favorite. Aside from the fact I've been nursing a crush on the utaite/cover artist Oktavia since middle school (we're in high school now, boys), I find it way too gorgeous.
June is okay with it, but now what I would choose.
Atm, Odessia is nice but, as most others have stated, seeming like a political statement, what with the war.
For a middle name for Octavia, I would go with Lucia (Loo-sha or Loo-ka, depending on your preference + whether it's Ecclesiastical or Classical, respectively), Cassandra or Cassidy, Lily or Lillian, or Molly (idk why I like the sound)
For Odessa, Sophia, Jane, Mary, Delilah/Lilah, Amy
