I do prefer Noa to Noah. I don't mind the name attractive on either gender - it sounds like a yawn. NO-uhhhhhhh. Like what I'd say if I didn't know an answer in class haha. It feels elderly to me, antediluvian - I don't know how it got so popular.
I dislike Nancy, it's nasal. I prefer Anne, and even Agnes, though I'm not especially fond of the latter. Nancy has had negative slang connotations for centuries - it was initially a disparaging term towards maids, then towards gay men.
