I find it long and unappealing, though better than Cornelia. Not difficult, of course! I quite enjoy Delia as a full name in its own right.

This is so funny because my sister, on naming my niece Cordelia, insisted none of us ever nickname her Delia because she hates it (and associates it with the teen clothing store/catalog that was popular when we were young). None of us had a problem with is because we also do not like Delia at all lol
We usually just call her Cordelia, but will use Cordy as a nickname.
