Not a fan of Alexine, I prefer Alexandra. But OH MY GOODNESS, Lucine is STUNNING! I’ve never seen it before and I love it as a long form of Lucy, and the meaning moon is beautiful. I prefer the pronunciation loo-SEEN over loo-see-NEH, though. Everyone please rate this name, it has one of the highest ratings on BtN but needs 20 more ratings to be included on the Best Rated Names list https://www.behindthename.com/rating/highest.php?type=overall&rev=n

Unfortunately. If Lucine does appear on the list, then people are going to keep disliking it to take it off the list. I know this because I have experienced this in the past where I have been checking the list and names under 100 responses have been repeatedly disliked. It's better to just leave the ratings for the name Lucine the way they are.

Huh? I think you can rate it if you want I don't see a problem. It's good to draw attention to rare names.
