As a name it just reminds me of Lobelia Sackville-Baggins.

Just as a flower, it's nice but the first syllable is basically "lobe" which seems awkward in a name because it might make people think of organs. I like the idea of it though.

It's ok. Didn't realize it was a flower--it's a name of a school in the anime ouran high school host club.

Sounds like a minor character in Harry Potter; perhaps a florist. Definitely not for Muggles.

It reminds me of Lobe as in the ear lobe or… Lube..

But I think it has a pretty sound to it. I think I would prefer Noelia though.
