Yeah, I thought of Delta too, like flavie did. I tried to picture calling a woman Della, and I pictured her looking like Delta Burke. I think she was a TV actress at some point? All I remember is her gorgeous face, and her cool name.

I like Della too, but it's not my style enough to use it. You're right, it is sort of spunky, without being gritty like Addie. I guess I think it sounds Italian, sort of. Because of the word 'della' in Italian. Better as a nick. The name I like best for it is Delphine or Delphina.
