I don't like Ella. It's a bit foofy, and it'll sound very 2003 in ten years. And it's too wispy for me--there's not much there.
I like Adele and Adelaide, but I only like the nickname Della for them. Janelle, Rosabel, and Noelle I like without nicknames.
