My favorite of all of these names is Jane itself.
I'm not at all of Jane+a in any spelling. I've known both a Jayna and a Jaena, the latter spelling always seemed rather egregious to me. I really like Jana, but pronounced YA-na.
Janelle over Janel, though I'm not a fan of that name in either spelling - Janel looks unfinished, to me. I just don't care for that rather harsh "J" with the "el" sound - it's just never sounded good to my ears.
I like Jean, though I think I like Jane more than Jean, particularly as a first name.
I would go with something classic and more feminine for a middle name for Jane; Jane can sound kind of harsh, so I think it should be paired with something like Elizabeth or Alexandra.
