I don’t really get the appeal to be honest. It sounds a bit dated. Cosima Larkspur is kind of a cool name though.
I first found out about Cosima on this site. It was from a BA. At first I didn’t like it because I thought it was just weird, but it grew on me. The name is beautiful, and respectable. Kind of reminds me of space too. I think of good and beautiful things when I see Cosima.
Cosima Juliet is lovely.
Cosima Scarlet
Cosima Helen
Cosima Olivie
Cosima Beatrix

I love Cosima! I'm kinda sad that it seems to be under appreciated / under rated.
From your list I like: Cosima Juliet & Cosima Joy. Cosima Alice & Cosima June are ok.
Some suggestions:
Cosima Lilac (it has more spunk than Lily imo)
Cosima Violet (kinda similar to Juliet but flowery :))
Cosima Ivy (not sure about it though)
Cosima Faith (not floral, but I like it in this combo)

I adore Cosima! It's baroque and regal but not unapproachable. It's also not at all "made up."
Cosima Ruth, Cosima Alice, and Cosima June are my favorites from your list.
