I love Isabel. This is my favorite spelling/variant. Isabella is a little too precious, Isabelle seems like gilding the lily, and I hate how Isobel looks. Oh and Isabeau is awful.
Isabel Genevieve is a beautiful combo!
I think Isabel lends itself to being paired with a wide variety of names. Classic, fanciful, nature, international…they all work.
