It has been a decade and the war has still not ended, morale has lowered, especially after the attack Pippa and Martin, which severed Wessex’ relations with Spoleto and Bretagne, and the boys haven’t even married their wives yet meaning Wessex only really had allyship with Kent through Rohesia’s marriage with the Duke of Kent. The war is not in their favour and the Franks are only getting more powerful.
