With Queen Cassandra not bearing any sons, King Arcangelo decides to annul their marriage. She loses her status as Queen of Venice, and her daughters as well - they stay in the custody of their father. However, the Duke of East Anglia sees that this was unjust and decides to marry her. Princess Dionysia finally marries Prince Aristedes, and they have three children: Princess Calixta, Prince Espiridión, and Prince Sofronio. King Francis and Queen Lucy find Prince Magnus a suitable match: the Countess of Wessex, Muriel. As for Princess Aveline - that's Queen Aveline to you. She's finally got what she wanted, becoming Queen of Scotland. Her husband may be the figurehead, but rest assured, Queen Aveline is pulling all the strings.
