[Opinions] Re: Today's Name of the Day: Diana
in reply to a message by erb816
I love it and prefer it. I would definitely consider it for a daughter #2 if one was had. It's just so sweet and elegant. I have yet to find it's equal in a name that encapsulates & embodies both strength and delicacy so well in a single name. The die part doesn't bother me tbh. I have an aunt Diane we called Didi (pronounced Die-die) as a kid so there is minimal association to mortality in my mind. So many positive associations with the name too. Princess Diana, Wonder Woman, the Greek Goddess. It's 1 in a million imo.
