[Opinions] Morwenna
I'm just so in love with Morwenna right now.
So I'd like to hear your opinions on it.
Any negatives you can think of? I pronounce it mor-WENN-a.
Does it sounds too dark and gloomy to you? I personally like that it makes me sound of Halloween and kind witches and trees.

Morwenna has been growing on me lately as well. It’s gorgeous. Morwenna is also magical, dramatic, medieval and glamorous. Beautiful name. It does also remind me of Halloween and witches! It’s a great name. The only downside I would see is mispronunciation and unfamiliarity.
For some reason I’ve always pronounced it mor-WEEN-uh. I actually like your pronunciation better and it actually makes more sense. I think it’s a cool, mystical name without being over the top.
I hate to say it, but all I hear is “more w****r*
Morwenna is gorgeous. I've historically gone back and forth between Morwenna and Morgana regarding which I prefer. They not only have similar syllabic patterns but also give off the same magical, Arthurian Legend-type vibe (one of them actually is from those legends).
The only downside I can think of is that, particularly in he United States, it would seem too "foreign" and lead to difficulties at school (misspelling, teasing, etc.).

It does feel a bit dark but in an elegant and dramatic way, it doesn't drag you down. I quite like the sound and feel of it. Is it perhaps a bit much? Maybe, but I don't think it's *too* much.
It's so dark and pretty. I like it.
Not a favorite but not bad.
I really like it. I know one in her 40s.
It's gloomy, but pretty - like it could fit a brave main character in a noir novel or a fantasy one.
I don't like it, yes dark and gloomy
I quite like it. I think I prefer Morwen - don't quite know where the -na came from. And nobody (I hope!) uses Bronwenna.
I know someone who really wanted to name her daughter Morwenna; she had three sons instead and then stopped. That's the closest I've come to knowing one. I can't think of any down sides; just unfamiliarity, which cures itself.

Very cute, nice Halloweeny vibe.
It doesn't sound gloomy. Its mildly pretty. I prefer Morwen though. The Wenna part sounds whiny to me.
No it's not too gloomy. I like it. It is a lovely name. Makes me think of a "good witch" like a the wizard of Oz. Like a sister or cousin of Ozma or Glinda.
Attractive, but mournful and over-dramatic.
