[Games] Find a Nickname (Judged)

I'll give you several combos of first and middle names. Your task will be to find a nickname for each that is a) creative (awarded with 0-3 points) and b) cute (another 0-3 points).The NN can be derived from the FN or the MN or it can be a combination of both.

Thomas Jonathan: Tonty (a combination of Tommy and Jonty, pet forms of Thomas and Jonathan respectively)
Noah Raphael: Noel (Noah Raphael)
Charles Benson: Chip
Jaden Oliver: Jave (rhymes with Dave, short for Javer which is from Jaden Oliver)
Logan Kendrick: Loki (because, like the Norse god Loki, he's a trickster, and from Logan Kendrick)
Richard Lucian: Dickens ("Dick-" is from Richard, and the end, "-ens", is from the ending of Lucian which ends in an "-en" sound, after Dickie, for that is what he was originally called, discovered his love for Charles Dickens)
Stephen Theodore: Steve-O (shortened from Steve Theo)
William River: Rio (means "river" in Spanish)~~~Girls~~~
Lindsay Suzanne: Zanzie (Suzanne, "ZAN" + Lindsay, which is phonetically "ZEE")
Teresa Charlotte: Totsie (a combination of Tessie, short for Teresa, and Totty, short for Charlotte)
Evangeline Sara: Genie (Evangeline... Geline... Gine... Genie!)
Cora Colleen: Coreen
Serena Maria: Marina
Graziella Elizabeth: Ziabet ("ZEE-uh-bet")
Bethany Pauline: Bean (was originally shortened to Beline, Bethany + Pauline, but everyone said it "Bean", and because she is short for her age, the name stuck)
Lydia Christine: Lystine (her older brothers call her "Listerine" though)
Rachael Rebekah: Bekah Rae (Rachel Bekah... Rae Bekah... Bekah Rae!)
