Cassia -- It's cooler (color-wise) and more elegant to me. Madeline is nice too, it sounds friendly and warm, but I prefer Cassia. I also think Maddy/Maddie is too overdone but Cass/Cassie still sounds good.

Madeline, all the time. It is a family name, and it isn't a kind of cinnamon.

Although I like both, I'm gonna have to go with Madeline. I prefer it a little bit more. Both are really nice though, and I especially like the 3 syllable pronunciation of Cassia, as opposed to just the two.

Cassia, by a long shot. I've never been on the Madeline train, and even while I can get behind Madeleine I prefer it as a middle name.
