[Opinions] Re: Can you comment on these feminine Japanese names?

Neori is very cute, never heard of it.
Meisa is pretty, not common.
Akise sounds kind of old-fashioned. Parents do t use the -se suffix that much anymore. They use -yo instead..but that seems to be going out if style as well. Other than that, Akise is a treasure. It also sounds masculine, like Akisei (in the same fashion as Kousei, Kyousei, Ryusei, etc.)
Deisu sounds really made up, and the kanji for it is uncommon. Good for a fictional character.
Terurei sounds like a masculine name. Reiteru is the better order, it doesn't mess with the tongue. But it's even more masculine in that order. (Akiteru Yoshiteru, etc.)
Kamiyo is also old-fashioned and adorable.
Sekai..I've heard this name. It's not popular but it's not weird. It's okay.
Migiwa is super dated. And yet it's new to me. It would be good for a wise grandmother, or a classic maiden.
Oyuki..I prefer Yuki but it ain't bad
Makiko: cute.
Retsuka: I prefer Ritsuka. I don't like the "ret" part, even if it's supposed to be reh-tsoo and not reht-soo.
Ayaki is a tomboyish but beautiful name (it's unisex I believe).
Rakuo sounds rough.
Rushio is adorable.
Misao is cool. Definitely modern in comparison to the others.
Kakumo is rough but strong. Strangely attractive.
Tenchi is another outdated treasure.
Kurori is hard on my mouth.
Are you writing a story that takes place in old time Japan? Cause these names are perfect.
