No. It's association with the old-fashioned Christine and Christina would push it back, and the al suffix isn't popular now either - think Chantal.
Crystal is lacklustre. She tries to be glittery and dazzling, but comes of as unremarkable and forgettable.

I think Opal's coming back in the US.
Opal rose 300+ places in less than 5 years, but I don't think it'll make Crystal popular.
I don't think *al names have ever really been dated/popular as a group, like Chantal dropped off the charts in the US when Kendall was just starting to see more use.
I think people who might have used Crystal in the past are likely to use something like Opal, Willow, Luna, Iris, Nova, Sage, Chloe now.
