While I like Alessandra (have a predilection for Allisandra, though), West doesn't sound feminine to me at all--or even namey. Do you want another short, snappy, wordy name for the boy? If so, here are some suggestions:

And for some reason, the idea of twins named West Lysander and Rhyme Alessandra popped into my head.
