In a US context, it reminds of Blair Witch Project and Gossip Girls; when I associate UK context, I immediately think of Tony Blair.
I used to group it in my head with Blaine.
It rhymes with Clair which is technically masculine but would be perceived as feminine by majority in the US.
It seems like Reagan. Is that still unisex in the US?
