I don't much care for it, not just because it's seen as dated, but also because I find it's very plain. (Like seeing the names Sue or Lynn for example) I rather see the name Betty and that's saying something. At least that has a bit more to it and has more...I dunno, substance? Not a whole lot of course, just definitely more than "Bette"
