[Opinions] Lilith
What do you think about the name Lilith?

It's a bit of a tongue-twister, but I like it. It sounds more refined and polished than Lily, but a younger Lilith could easily be called Lily.
I instantly think of the character from Supernatural, where I was first introduced to the name. I wasn't aware of the mythology story it was based on until after. In any case, I'm not really fond of it. I reality anyway. It's too lispy for my liking and I can't help to picture a sinister little girl or woman with a pair of glowing white eyes. *Laughs* I'm not even sorry.
Someone here a couple weeks ago described it (in reference to Lilith Crowley) as 'Lily with some bargain-basement mysticism and edginess', and I thought that was apt, even though it's become common enough that I've gotten used it.
I'd rather be called Delilah or Lily or Layla.

The myth is delightful, but I find all Lily names weak and wimpish.
I dislike it. I think it's weak-sounding, and has a really irredeemable meaning.
Gets by, though, because of all the similar sounding forms of Elizabeth.

It's ok
Hi !!!
I used to like it but it's currently boring. It has a gothic vibe but it's too similar to Lily which is better in my opinion.

I like it, it's fun and elegant, but simple and to the point without being too ordinary. The only problem with it really is just the backstory behind it with the demon.
It's getting a bit overdone, to be honest. It's a big favorite among neopagans and feminists, which I'm definitely cool with but they could stand to expand their name lists. There are other Semitic mythology names that I like better, like Tanith, Inanna and Asherah.

Agreed.
For some reason the demon thing doesn’t bother me and it clearly doesn’t bother other parents much considering it’s on the rise. But the name is definitely getting a bit overused.
I can understand the whole feminist reasoning behind it but (IMHO at least) switch it up a little! If you’re looking for something on the more empowering side: Hecate, Asherah, Kali, Aoife, Amaterasu, Izanami, Artemis, the list can go on.
