I actually like that name and wouldn't use a nickname.
I imagine twin girls Serafina and Josefina.

One of my favorites, I would Use it on a kid if I had the opportunity, as Seraphina Louise. I go back and forth on if I like Sera or Sara better as the nickname. But I've also considered Phina and have heard of Phi, Phia or Fifi before as well.

I also love it as a name for a human. Sometimes I like Serafina more.

Love it. There was a girl in my year at school called Seraphina and she was known as Frank.
