No, I don't think it'll ever be "popular" whatever that even means on here; seems some people define popular as being in the top 1000, in which case, yes, probably it will; and others think of popular as being on the order of Ava or Charlotte, in which case, no, I doubt it. The style of the name isn't in style, so to speak.Probably a brother for an Antonia would be Theodore or Leonardo, called of course Theo and Leo. A sister might be Eleanor or maybe Harriet.I don't care for Antonia, it feels cold and aloof. I do like Antoinette better, but I would just skip both of them and give the bright, friendly Toni as the full name.Before you criticize a man, walk a mile in his shoes. That way, when you criticize him, you're a mile away and you have his shoes!
