Harder to choose if it were pronounced "mad'lin," instead of rhyming the word "line." The only thing I don't like about that is nn Maddy, and that might not stop me from choosing Madeline "mad'lin" over Calla. Calla is lovely, but a little too whimsical seeming to make my favorites.

Madeline with that pronunciation is adorable. I don't like the Madelyn pronunciation. Madeleine said Mad lenne is nice but would never happen here.

I much prefer Madeline as MAD-eh-linn and I guess that is the original pronunciation as it comes from Magdalene.

I would still pick Madeline but never call her Maddie.

Calla. It's vastly underrated and one of my favourite flowers.

I'd say Calla is definitely more interesting and unique.
