[Opinions] What name would you use for the nn Lulu?
My first option, by far, is Luna. However I also like Lucretia and Lucille nn Lulu.

Luna, Louise, Lucinda, Lucille, Luciana, Luana, Luanne, and Luella are good for full names.I also know someone named Linda who's nickname is Lulu

Louella / Luella for me. P.S. One of my many nicknames is Lulu, short for Elizabeth.

Definitely Luna! Louisa is very pretty too. Maybe even Lucia.

I love the name Lulu, that was one of the top names on my list when pregnant with my DD. I would use it as a full name, as it’s perfectly usable to me and I adore the meaning Pearl, as is the case with the Arabic origins. If I had to choose a longer name, then it would be Louisa or Luella I suppose.

Once I had a very elderly colleague whose one and only full name was Lulu. She seemed unmoved by this experience.I'd use it, if at all (very unlikely), as a nn for Louise. Lucy doesn't need a nn, and it's the name I'd be most likely to use. Lucretia and Lucille don't do it for me, with or without Lulu.

I consider it a name in its own right, given its Arabic origins, so I might just choose Lulu. If I had to choose a full(er) name, I’d choose Luella, Ludmila, or Louisa, in order of preference. I feel like Luella might have a bit of a hillbilly image in the US but I think that’s fun :)

I dislike Lulu, but if I had to choose it I would go for Luana as the full name (loo-AH-na).Luna nn Lulu works, but it doesn't make too much sense to me for some reason. Maybe because Luna is so short and already spunky sounding, it doesn't really need a nickname. Lulu and Luna don't feel related to me or like they belong together. Same with Lucille because I associate it so much with Lucy. I like Lucille.Lucretia is too long for me, but Lucretia nn Lulu works well.I can't really explain why nicknames sometimes work for me or don't. But Luna nn Lulu feels unnatural to me, same with Lucille nn Lulu. But it works for Lucretia, Luisa, Luana.
