One of my very favorites, and may be the longest-standing feminine name in my Top 10. I could absolutely see myself with a daughter named Miranda.

Lovely name, beautiful Tempestuous namesake, good for teaching the gerundive ... pity that the dictionary word 'randy' makes it unusable as a fn. But, there's always the mn slot!

Shakespearean, sparkly, and selestial (I know that's not how celestial is spelt, but I wanted to go for three Ss). What's not to like?
