Both names are surnames/last names but both are also accepted as first names. In this case we are thinking two middle names. First name would be Michael.

I love Michael. Graham is a family name for us too, used as a first name or middle. Russell is okay but I have to say I'm not wild about it. I did work with a very nice Russ, though, so it has a good vibe for me. Altogether these are a great combination.

I like them a lot, separately and together. Of the three, I'd use Graham as a fn, Michael as a mn and probably not Russell, though I like it; there are other names I like better. Graham Russell Michael, perhaps?

They go very well together! Although I know they are surnames as well, I've only known people who's first names it is (are?).
