For myself, I'd choose Sarah. I think of all the names, it's the one I dislike the least for myself. It would suit me ok, since I think of all Sarahs as having thin yellow hair (which I also have). And I have a soft spot for the odd little nickname "Sar" (rhyming with "care"). For a daughter, I'd choose Emma.
