I think it’s very cute! I’ve known a few Rita’s and I think it’s one of those names that just carries a fun, extroverted air to it. I don’t see it super often, but the Rita’s I know are all really funny, bright ladies

This was my great-grandmother's name, and my mom's middle name. Growing up, I used to think it was quite ugly, but now I think it's pretty nice! I think it could have a lot of retro flair in the right combo. I play around with it sometimes.

Rita Ora comes to mind whenever I think of the name Rita. I’m not saying the singer is bad or anything though. It’s ok.

I like it. I have an auntie named Rita; whenever I see this name, I think of a respectable, firm, and sociable woman. I think this name, in the Philippines, is a bit of an adult name, mainly because Margarita is old-fashioned. Nowadays, people in the Philippines name their children Margaret instead of Margarita.

It’s a sweet and sour name. I dig it. I especially like Rita Juliette.

I think it’s ripe for a revival, I really like it. It kind of has a chain-smoking vibe to it but that’s pretty fun. I very very (very) briefly performed as the protagonist in Educating Rita so I have an additional fondness for it.
