[Facts] What exactly does “of the lord” mean? (Dominic)
Would it mean hypothetically you are the lord? Praying to the lord?
Sorry I’m not good at semantics

It simply means "belonging to the Lord." Sunday, for example, in the Christian era became the "day belonging to the Lord, the Lord's day" (modern Italian domenica), i.e. a day for worshipping God and not a day for commerce or other worldly endeavors.
