Ada by far. Many short I- names seem woefully incomplete to me, like they're just parts of longer names in a way that makes them seem more messily chopped off rather than like nicknames even. And yes, I can see the irony of Ida being its own name and Ada being originally a nickname in this context. It's just how the names feel to me.
