Josephine and Beatrice. I think they're great as a twin set and together with Pearl they're a very classy sibset.

Clementine & Rose are too…fruity flowery. Also imbalanced and that bugs me. Clementine & Rosalie would be ok.

Clementine and Josephine seem very long with Pearl. Clementine is my least favorite, because it's longer,I don't like most of the nicknames and it's just not my style. Also the nicknames for Josephine might be too matchy with with Rose (Josie-Rosie, Jo-Ro, etc.)

My daughter, Beatrice, has a good friend named Clementene (with an -e- to guarantee her the pronunciation her parents wanted), so that would be my choice from your list.

Clementine & Rose are my favorites, as well. I like Lila too, just not as much.

Pearl, Clementine & Rose fit perfectly together - all 'wordy' names, trendier. Otherwise I'd go Pearl, Beatrice & Josephine - an old fashioned set. Depends on which direction/feel you want.

Oh yes, Clementine and Rose! Pearl, Clementine and Rose is soooo sweet for sisters. I like Clementine Lila and Rose Josephine from the list.

Clementine and Rose are beautiful together! I think I get what you mean that they are slightly different to Pearl. Pearl is more "old vintage", whereas Clementine and Rose are "new vintage". That said I think, from your options, they go best together.
