Kathy - soft, traditional and not as used as Kate.
Kit - it has a better sound than Kate and Katie. It's also retro and not too feminine.
Kitty - it's dated yet cute, I love it, it's my favourite nickname for Katherine.
Rina - my second favourite. It's rare, modern, sweet-sounding and short.
