I would use Xóchitl, only if it was spelled Xóchil/Xóchi and pronounced as SO-cheel/SO-chee. I like its meaning but it's hard to pronounce and write.
Yaritza is nice, but I much prefer Yara. I don't care for Yaretzi, honestly, it's too modern and made up.
