Well, I don't mind it at all. I'm not usually a fan of leigh endings. If anything, it's way better than the name Kinsleigh or Kinlee. Of the spellings of this name, I like Kayley the best. After Kayley comes Kaylee, and then Kayleigh.
If you're look for a "Kay" name, how about Kaya? You can pronounce it "Kye-uh" or "Kay-uh" and I think it's really pretty. Do you like Kaya?
