I like both Celia and Cecilia about equally. The beauty of these two is that Celia could so easily be a nickname for Cecilia. Says the person who doesn't usually like nicknames. But there are exceptions to every rule. And this way you don't have to choose between them. Cecile is my least favorite, though it's fine too.
