I've loved it for ages (I wouldn't use it irl though). I find the combination of sounds pleasant (a little trendy actually) and the meaning is nice enough. An alternative/less obvious nature name.

I'm not Eastern / Southeastern European, but I think Nevena is a lovely name. My instinct is to pronounce it neh-VEH-nah.
