It's a gorgeous Russian name that likely doesn't work well outside of Russia / Russian-speaking areas. (Although looking it up I realize it's Bulgarian as well.) Nadejda is likely a more common transliteration, but that one looks less elegant to me (and I also keep wanting to read it as nah-DAY-duh).
Eh, not a fan. It's really old-fashioned imo. Would like it more on a character than a person. Wouldn't be surprised to meet an old lady with that name though.
